It's another Awakasi! Iothirox the Laugh of the Wildest Oceans

Okay i'm babbling on about these bloomin elementalists again! Don't read if you don't want to!

This is Tristan's awakasi (superspecialawesome elemental *mental's the word XD* warrior side) and he's a little differant from Kiatusu-sama. For one, he doesn't kill you if you look at him in the wrong way. What the wrong way is nobody is actually sure, but it must be offensive in some way. You can stand within 10 feet of him and not feel like your life is in the balance. He likes to talk to people. Not entirely sure how Kiatusu-sama and Io-kun are still best friends? They balance each other out, that's why. He's also regularly considered the less manly of the pair.

Kiatusu and Tristan's relationship is actually far deeper then it appears. Seventeen years ago Iothirox was mortally wounded in a battle, and, to preserve his immense hydromaniac power, his soul was sealed in a stillborn child, who was revived only millisecond after death. Kiatusu knew nothing of the identity of the vessel, and spent one and a half years searching for him, until she found him living abandoned on the streets of domino. The child, Mizu Shizuka, was totally naive of his true identity, but a strange bond formed between toddler and superwarrior. Unable to allow the innocent little boy to suffer the fate of a Ranger, she descided that it was best for him to be brought up with no knowledge of the Elementals, the only indication of his vessel-state the kanji "水" mizu emblazoned on his manubrium (look it up). Although she gave up having any part in his life, she watched him secretly, and the legend is that it was her connection with the little Tristan, as his name was changed to, that taught her to love. Then when he was ten, Kiatusu died in a massive Kamikaze attack on a rising dark elemental. Her soul was implanted into Serenity Wheeler, who was spontaneously revived after her abusive father fatally struck her. Using some of Kiatusu's thunder powers, she blasted her father away from her brother, who had little understanding of what the f*** was going on. Unfortunatly the sudden summoning of such great power left Serenity with failing eyes. When Tristan and Serenity meet for the first time, the spirits of the Awakasi's are alerted to each others presence, and struggle to be reunited. This is aided by the fact that the young pair get on excedingly well...
